Chalmers University of Technology Pepsi Scholarships in Electrical Machines


Pepsi Scholarships Applicants must hold a master's degree in an engineering discipline, issued by an internationally recognized institution of the University (civ.ing.) - Or documented equivalent. Candidates must be expressed, good analytical skills and good ability to work independently to achieve objectives in the project plans. Good knowledge of electrical machines, power electronics, control and related topics for the courses and work with hybrid vehicles is an advantage. are developed from a laboratory setup, the experience of electrical engineering laboratory is important, especially for applications in the automotive sector.

The
Pepsi Scholarships candidates need excellent skills in written and spoken English. Since the educational activities of the group in Swedish and English performed, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

Details about employment

PhD Pepsi Scholarships student positions are limited to five years and will then normally include 20% departmental work, mostly teaching duties. Salary for the position is as specified in Chalmers’ general agreement for PhD student positions.

The Pepsi Scholarships application shall be written in English and include the following items:

  • CV,
  • attested copies of education certificates, including grade reports and other documentes,
  • letters of recommendaiton from acdemic institutions and/or previous employers (optional).

2. Personal letter:

  • maximun one A4 page containing your specific qualifications for the position.
